When you send us an e-mail us a message via social media, these messages are stored within our email system or social media accounts. These messages are stored for as long as practicable to allow us to provide you with a high-quality service.

We collect information directly from you, such as filling out a contact form, direct email contact or via a face to face consultation or with your permission, such as contacting venues or suppliers regarding your wedding day. This information is collected for the sole purpose of providing you with the necessary services that we offer.

We treat your information with the utmost respect and confidentially and do not sell your data to any third-party organisations. We only share your information with third parties directly related to the service we provide, such as post offices when delivering finished products which include your name, address and contact information in some instances. We are required by law to provide data to law enforcement should we be issued with a court order to do so.
How long do we keep your data?
The majority of the data we collect from you is kept in perpetuity in order to be able to offer a better service should you contact us in the future, or to allow us to recognise follow up contact.
We are also legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, such as payment records etc.
What are your rights?
You may request a copy of any data we store about you and we will comply with any requests as per the guidance of the Information Commissioner’s Office.
